    1. How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
      • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $150+. For international orders shipping is  free for orders $350+ USD.
      • If you’d like to purchase an item that’s “sold out”, click the item and select your desired size. Then click “notify me when available” and enter your name and email. When the item is back in stock or available for preorder you will be on the list as first to be notified.
    2. Returns
      • If you’re not totally pleased with your House Of Miri purchase, you may send it back for store credit or exchange, only. Store credit never expires.
      • We must receive the return within 14 days from the date of purchase. If received after 14 days, the product will be returned back to the customer and is not eligible for store credit or exchange.
      • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
      • Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.
      • If an item is purchased at full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.
      • Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items are delivered to us, based on the availability we have at that time.
      • The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:
        1. All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and handbags
        2. Free gifts or promotional items
        3. Lifestyle products
        4. Items marked FINAL SALE
        5. Bodysuits
        6. Items with built in undergarments
        7. Swimwear
        8. Lingerie
        9. Worn items
        10. Items with scents, deodorant, lotion marks, detergent smells and any signs of wear. 
        11. Items with tags removed
        12. Shipping fees
      • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
      • Please be careful of make up, lotion, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
      • We do not offer price adjustments.
      • Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
    3. Shipping
      • House Of Miri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking will be provided. Once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
      • It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. House of Miri is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
      • Orders cannot be edited or canceled while in process.
      • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Overnight or two day options are offered at checkout expediting your order to same day shipment before 12pm CST.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At checkout your total shipping will be calculated depending upon the weight of your package. All prices are listed and charged in USD. Your bank will provide currency conversion based on the daily conversion rate. Any and all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs authorities require we state the value of the package directly on the package.
